2007 Tenuta San Guido Guidalberto Toscana IGT tonight. Kept it simple tonight. High quality pesto, grilled air chilled chicken, maldon, parmigiano reggiano and some Italian red wine. Simple, quick and tasty. And for good measure I was playing some Eros Ramazotti for old times’ sake.
