2006 Siro Pacenti Brunello di Montalcino

2006 Siro Pacenti Brunello di Montalcino with bucatini in tomato sugo, mild Italian sausage, mint and ricotta last night. The wine shined with this salty spicy, minty food. Pretty and juicy cherry, tobacco and dried herbs. Serious tannins, too. This will age well for another decade or two.
